This module offers your customer the fantastic opportunity to calculate the price for a complete article including finishing (such as print options). The module calculates the price of the item based on the price scales. The variable processing costs (such as printing, engraving, embroidery, etc.) are calculated using other price scales. In addition, the fixed setup costs are added to each processing/printing technique. Together with the shipping costs and any processing and / or administrative costs, your customer immediately sees the total cost of his order without having to contact you by phone. This of course saves a lot of time.
Thanks to an easy-to-use interface, you can design your own webshop pages in the backend. You can also set up landing pages, there to get even better SEO results. You can use drag & drop to add various media elements to your page, from banners, images, best-selling products to videos. The possibilities are endless.
Below you see 4 different landing pages that all run on one and the same shop, namely: https://demoshop-nl.promidata.shop/. You can create an infinite number of landing pages yourself, just think of a landing page for, for example, only USB sticks. You could then separately promote this landing page via Google Adwords in order to further increase the turnover of your USB sticks. Landing pages are created within Shopware via the Shoppingworlds function and are therefore pure online marketing tools that are available to you for free.

For this reason, Promidata Webshop offers the opportunity to create your own web shops for your larger customers. It is a separate shop with the desired assortment of your customer. In this way, your customer can easily offer all employees at all locations the opportunity to purchase promotional items with their own logo / house style. Promidata Webshop goes one step further, as they are delivered with an OCI integration. Large international customers such as Unilever, Procter and Gamble etc. require an OCI interface to process the orders via their ERP software (SAP, Sage, etc.).
We have chosen this data center to guarantee the desired uptime and security for our customers. We are able to coordinate capacity in computing power and storage per application so that you as a user have the best experience when using the various Promidata applications. You can get the product information from the various suppliers in your own Promidata Webshop easily. You arrange that via Promas. Promas can be found your in Promidata Portal account. In Promas you can select which products you want to export to your Promidata Webshop. You can set your own margin per product group or per supplier so that the prices in your webshop are correct. You can also export your own product data via Promas to your webshop.

You will also receive a Promidata Portal account together your Promidata Webshop. In Promidata Portal you can decide for yourself from which suppliers you want to have the products in your webshop. Per supplier you can even determine which product groups you want to turn on or off. Per supplier you can see whether the product prices are purchase prices or sales prices. Depending on the type of prices, you can increase those prices by a margin or decrease them by a discount factor. You can use the editing information provided by the supplier, but you can also link your own editing options to the products of a supplier.
It is also possible to add your own products to this system, you will then become an exclusive supplier for only these products. This product information will of course never be shared with other users within Promidata Portal. This gives you the opportunity to distinguish yourself from your competition by offering a unique product assortment. If all the margins or discount factors of the product prices of your suppliers are set, then you will see those prices actually appearing in your own webshop. From that moment on your webshop will always be up-to-date because the newest product updates will be automatically synchronised by Promidata Portal.
