Data downloads

Promidata makes your products available to hundreds of promotional products distributors: in their webshops, quotes and sourcing tools. For that we need your product data in one fixed format. On this page you will always find the current import templates and the reference lists that go with them.

1

Download the templates

Use the Product Sheet for your articles and the Imprint Sheet for your printing options and costs.

2

Fill them in with the reference lists

Pick categories and search colours only from the lists below. That way every product lands in the right place and is easy to find.

3

Send them to our data team

Questions while filling them in? Our data team is happy to help at data@promidata.com.
