It’s almost time: in 2026, Promidata celebrates its 20th anniversary! 🎉
To mark this milestone, we’ve prepared something special.
Starting this quarter (Q4 2025), we’re giving away 4 webshops or six-month subscriptions each quarter, until by the end of 2026 we’ve given away a total of 20 free webshops or subscriptions.
Depending on whether you’re already a customer or not, the offer looks a bit different:

One entry per company
Each company may participate only once in this campaign. Multiple entries from the same company (even via different employees) will be combined into a single entry.
Single win
Companies that have already won are excluded from future draws.
Eligibility
Participation is open exclusively to companies active in the promotional products or workwear industry. Entries are only valid when submitted via the official Promidata campaign page with a fully completed form.
Selection and announcement
Each quarter, four winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries. The draw will be conducted by Promidata. Winners will be notified personally via email or phone.
Prize description
The prize consists of either the full setup of a Promidata webshop (value: €1,950) for new customers, or 6 months of free use for existing customers. After this period, regular Promidata rates apply unless otherwise agreed.
Validity and duration
The campaign runs from October 2025 through December 2026. Promidata reserves the right to modify these terms or end the campaign early at any time.
Transferability and exchange
The awarded webshop or discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Activation of the prize
The prize must be activated within 3 months of notification; otherwise, it will expire.
Publication and consent
Winners may be asked to participate in a short mention (e.g. on the website or social media) as part of the anniversary communication.
Privacy
Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this campaign and will not be shared with third parties.
