With the Promotional Data subscription, you have access to more than 450,000 sku’s, including product descriptions, images, prices, quantity discounts and stock information. And all in 8 different languages.
Own webshop but no data
If you have your own webshop or are having it created, you will naturally want to fill it with up-to-date product information. The Promotional Data subscription gives you access to very rich product information. You will get the same extensive product information that we also use in our professional Shopware web shops. Via Promidata Dashboard, you can select the suppliers whose data you want to import into your webshop. For each supplier, you can even set your own margins and/or discounts to arrive at your actual sales prices.

You will also get a Promidata Dashboard account with your Promotional data subscription. If you already have a Promidata Dashboard account, we will place a new Data Profile in your account. Within this Data Profile, you can decide which suppliers you want to receive the products from in your JSON data feed. You can even decide which product groups you want to use from that supplier. For each supplier, you can see whether the products have purchase or sales prices. Depending on that, you can increase those prices with a margin or decrease them with a discount factor. You can use the processing information provided by the supplier, but you can also link your own operations to a supplier’s products. It is also possible to add your own products to this system, in effect becoming an exclusive supplier yourself for just your data feed. This product information will of course never be shared with other users within Promidata Dashboard. This gives you the opportunity to differentiate on product assortment. Once all price factors are set to your chosen suppliers, you can link the JSON data feed in real-time to your own webshop. From then on, your webshop will always be up to date because the latest product updates will be implemented automatically.

Data feed sponsored products
You can also use the additional data feed “Sponsored products”. Within Promidata Dashboard, the supplier can select a number of interesting products and bring them into the limelight. With this extra data feed you can also present these products fully automatically from your website.
